Who we are

Ligature & Logic is an independent freelance practice based in Warsaw, Poland, offering interpretation, translation, AI/CRM consulting, data analytics, and web setup/e-commerce services. For any privacy question, contact contact@ligature-logic-lab.com.

What we collect

• Booking/inquiry details: name, email address, service requested, language pair, project message, and preferred consultation time, submitted through the booking form.
• Review submissions: name, company (optional), service, star rating, and review text, submitted through the "Leave a Review" page. Reviews are held privately until approved for public display.
• Account details: if you register or log in, your name and email are stored to manage your account.
• Payment information: deposits and project fees are processed directly by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details ourselves.

How we use it

Data submitted through this site is used only to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, deliver the service booked, process payments, and display approved reviews. It is never sold, and it is not used for advertising or shared with marketing third parties.

Third-party services

This site relies on the following third parties to operate:

• Secure hosting infrastructure — stores and serves this site's data securely.
• Stripe — payment processing for deposits and invoices.
• Google Calendar — scheduling and consultation availability.
• Google Fonts — typography, which may load resources from Google's servers.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on their systems.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@ligature-logic-lab.com and the request will be handled within a reasonable timeframe.

Data retention

Booking and review data is kept only as long as needed to deliver services, meet accounting/legal obligations, or, for published reviews, to display them publicly until you request removal.

This policy may be updated from time to time as the services offered here evolve. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page.
