Services

Ligature & Logic provides interpretation, translation, AI/CRM consulting, data analytics, and web setup/e-commerce services on a freelance, project or hourly basis, delivered remotely from Warsaw, Poland. Exact scope, timeline, and price are confirmed with each client individually before work begins.

Bookings and deposits

Consultation slots booked through this site require a refundable deposit, paid via Stripe to secure the slot. The deposit amount depends on the service requested: €30 for Interpretation & Translation, €50 for AI Support & CRM Consulting, €75 for Data Analytics, and €100 for Web Setup & E-Commerce. Deposits are applied toward the final project cost once work begins.

Cancellations and refunds

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled consultation are eligible for a full deposit refund.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may forfeit the deposit.
• For project work already in progress, refunds are assessed based on work completed at the point of cancellation, agreed on a case-by-case basis.

Payment

Project fees are invoiced according to the pricing shared at booking or in a written proposal. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Pricing shown on this site, including any launch pricing, may be updated periodically and does not retroactively change fees already agreed with existing clients.

Client responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials needed (documents, brand assets, access credentials, etc.) for the project to proceed on schedule. Delays caused by missing information may affect delivery timelines.

Confidentiality

Client materials, business information, and project details are treated as confidential and are not shared publicly. Case studies or testimonials referencing a specific client's work are only published with that client's agreement.

Limitation of liability

Services are provided on a professional best-effort basis. Ligature & Logic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered work, translations, or consulting recommendations, beyond the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.

Reviews

Reviews submitted through the "Leave a Review" page are moderated before publication and may be lightly edited for length or clarity, without changing their meaning. Submitting a review grants permission to display it publicly on this site alongside the name and company provided.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
